We’re hiring!

We’re looking for someone to join our team in a hands on role focused on order fulfilment and dispatch.

Hours:
Monday to Wednesday, 9am to 4pm

Contract: 3 month contract with the opportunity to extend

This is a physically demanding role, so you’ll need to be comfortable being on your feet, lifting, and working at pace. We’re looking for someone with a positive, can do attitude, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include:
* Picking and packing orders accurately
* Dispatching all orders
* Preparing orders for collection and delivery
* General warehouse duties and maintaining tidiness
* Supporting the wider team where needed

We’re a small, hard-working coffee business based in Semley (near Shaftesbury), gearing up for our busy season, and we’re looking for two temporary, part-time team members to join us:

🟤 Part-Time Production Assistant

* Work alongside our Production Manager in the day-to-day production of our coffee products
* Help with batching, packing, labelling, and order preparation
* Maintain hygiene, monitor stock, and support smooth operations

🟢 Part-Time Sales Administrator

* Love chatting to customers on the phone? This is for you!
* Raise and process orders, follow up with prospects, and help grow our client base
* Upsell products and support our small, busy sales team

Both roles:

* Monday–Thursday, 09:30–15:00
* Temporary (3 months initially)
* Start date: negotiable
* Own transport essential (rural location)
* Must have a hard work ethic, can-do attitude, and a sense of humour — we love working with people who thrive in a small, friendly team!

Did you know our used coffee grounds are great for your garden 🌱

We are giving away lots of tubs of used coffee grounds that can be collected from outside the roastery to be used at home. Coffee grounds are rich in nutrients and can help improve soil structure, encourage healthy plant growth and support composting.

They are especially useful for
• Adding to compost heaps
• Improving soil for flowers and vegetables
• Helping deter some garden pests
• Supporting plants that enjoy slightly more acidic soil

Once collected, the tubs are yours to keep and do not need to be returned.

If you would like a tub, just pop over and help yourself! It is a small way to reduce waste and give something back to your garden ♻️☕
