A special cake for a little adventurer 🦒🦓🚙

This themed cake was created especially for Max’s birthday. On top, a small safari scene comes to life – a jeep in the sand, a giraffe and a zebra, all handcrafted from fondant and carefully designed with many little details that make the cake a true centerpiece.

But what matters most is what’s inside.
The cake is made with soft sponge layers, a delicate mascarpone cream, rich chocolate ganache and fresh raspberries and blueberries that bring a beautiful freshness and balance to the flavour. Moist, light and made with great attention to every detail.

For me, every cake is more than just a dessert – it is part of a special moment that people remember.

🎂✨ A cake made with lots of love — this time for a very special occasion!
For my little princess’s third birthday, I created this two-tier cake featuring her favourite characters 🐭🎀

💖 The bottom tier has rich, moist chocolate sponges filled with mascarpone cream and a layer of forest fruits.
💙 The top tier is a classic vanilla sponge with fresh blueberries and a silky chocolate ganache.
It’s all covered in smooth Swiss meringue buttercream, and I handmade the fondant figures myself.

Every detail was crafted with care and joy — because I believe every cake should tell its own story 💫
