The Next Chapter (Part One). I am now working as a sommelier between Bentley’s Oyster Bar and Corrigan’s Mayfair. Bentley’s has unquestionably the freshest and widest range of oysters in London plus an extensive menu of fish and shellfish dishes. Corrigan’s specialise in more carnivorous fare - the Beef Wellington is legendary. Wines are of course top notch. If you are coming in please DM me and I will make sure you are well looked after.
