Red Red owes its name to the reddish color of the red palm oil and the fried plantain.

•450g of Black eyed beans (soaked overnight)
•1.2 l of water
•2 large white onions
•2 tablespoons of Palm oil (Zomi, spiced palm oil)
•4 tomatoes
•15 g of grated ginger
•1 habanero chili
•3 ripened Plantains
•Sunflower oil
•Salt
•Pepper
