My co-founder (Rhianna-Lee) and I are swimming coaches currently recovering from a good 24 hours at the this weekend for our home gala! It was a fantastic couple of days watching some amazing swims. The early morning and late night sessions are really showing off now. It has been a pleasure to coach an amazing group this year and watching the swimmers succeed makes it even more memorable. But a quick note about something I am really passionate about 👇

Hydration is such an important part of training and we see it first hand with swimmers. As they are in the water the whole time, its easy to forget that you are actually sweating! I was lucky (and unlucky) enough to notice it from a young age, broken arm after falling off the monkey bars, didn’t mean I could stay at home and relax for the next 8 weeks...Nope... 2 weeks later I was back in the pool with a water proof suction cover over my cast, I finished each session thinking my cast cover wasn’t waterproof enough. Why else could my cast be soaking wet? ....SWEAT.

Not the nicest way to find out, so please take my word for it. You need to be replenishing those liquids throughout training sessions, you’re in a hot and humid environment working HARD. You NEED hydration.

Nothing worse than boring water when you’ve just finished spin class. Sometimes you need a little bit of sugar to keep you going through those workouts.

Enjoy squash again and again, up to 4 refills of squash, hidden in that top chamber.

Lee the PT with the same birthday as Rhi looking guide and hydrated modelling one of the first coloured prototypes!

Thanks a lot for modelling, makes it look easy.

We initially took these shots for our kickstarter video! It was sooooo much fun, if this doesn’t show the ups and downs of running a business, I don’t know. The bottom of the bottle that came with the prototypes was opaque meaning you couldn’t actually see the juice… that was essential to us. Instead we used a random cycling bottle, was it luck or did we mean to make the lid universal to most sports lids?….

Bring on Summer 2026! When you can get your hands on one.

This is druice bottle, promoting people to “drink juice”.

There are definitely squash haters out there, and we’re not saying it’s better for you than water. HOWEVER, if you’re struggling to drink enough water throughout the day, and you’re resorting to fizzy drinks for some flavour, try juice.

This bottle allows you to refill at water stations with not only that boring water, but flavour too.
