Ksenia Sapega has been part of my journey from the very beginning. Not only supporting what I do, but shaping how I see the world and who I continue to become.
There are moments when I overthink things or look at a situation from only one angle. In those moments, Ksenia often sees something different. She notices details I might miss, asks questions I might not ask myself, and helps me see things more clearly.
Her perspective, her honesty, and her way of thinking have helped me grow, not only in my career, but as a person.
What many people don’t realize is how much strength and inspiration can come from simply having the right person beside you. Someone who challenges you, believes in you, and quietly supports you through the ups and downs.
On International Women’s Day, I want to take a moment to appreciate the women who support us, inspire us, and shape our lives in ways we often don’t notice until we look back.
And for me, Ksenia is one of those people ❤️
