Did you know Georgia is one of the oldest wine producing countries in the world, with a winemaking history stretching back over 8,000 years?

This New Year we’re celebrating with one of our biggest complimentary tastings of the year. From 2nd to 4th January join us to taste around 10 different Georgian wines, including some exceptional and rare bottles.

We’re kicking things off on 2nd January, a special day in Georgian culture known as Bedoba, the “Day of Luck”. In Georgia this day�is traditionally celebrated as a time for positivity, good fortune, and new beginnings.

Hello Wine Lovers

As the winter season settles in, we thought it was the perfect time to open a few bottles and share something special with fellow wine lovers.

Over the past months we have been exploring new labels, tasting exciting finds, and enjoying conversations with people who share the same passion for discovering great wine.

This weekend we are hosting our Complimentary Winter Wine Tasting, a relaxed drop-in experience designed for anyone who enjoys exploring new styles and regions. No reservations and no pressure, simply an easy and enjoyable way to taste, learn, and chat with others who appreciate good wine.

Our resident wine expert Chloe will be guiding the tasting and sharing insights into a selection of bottles that offer something a little different for the season.

Join us on Friday, 5 December or Saturday, 6 December and enjoy a warm, welcoming evening of flavour, conversation, and discovery. Whether you are new to wine or a seasoned enthusiast, you are very welcome to join us 🍷✨

Hi East Finchley community ☀️

We hope everyone is getting into the festive spirit as the Christmas season begins. First of all, a heartfelt thank you for all the support you have given us over the past month. It has been such a pleasure getting to know many of you and feeling the warm welcome from this wonderful community, far beyond what we could have imagined.

We have been a little quiet recently as we have been working behind the scenes to prepare for some exciting things we will be sharing very soon.

In the meantime, as many of you have enjoyed exploring our range of Champagnes and discovering some incredible value, we wanted to bring something special for the community. We are excited to share some wonderful news with you — after many months of preparation, we are opening our brand-new shop, Finchley Wine, right here on High Road.

For the past 15 years, we have been immersed in the world of fine wines, premium spirits, and quality ci**rs. During this time, we have had the privilege of travelling, learning, and curating unique collections that celebrate craftsmanship, tradition, and taste. Now, we are bringing that experience home to Finchley.

But this isn’t just about opening another wine shop. Our vision is to create a space where the community can come together — to explore, to discover new favourites, and to enjoy good wine in good company. Whether you’re a long-time wine enthusiast or just beginning your journey, we want Finchley Wine to be a welcoming place for everyone.
