Chocolate Easter Eggs!

Yes we’ve been quiet - it’s been a challenging start to 2024, deciding whether to continue running Cocoa Bocoa or call it a day but while we’re still in deliberations, we are still making our chocolate Easter Eggs! You can order online and as ever, if you want a bespoke egg, drop us a DM/email/text ☺️

Please remember that if you want a postal delivery in time for Easter, your order needs to be made by Saturday 23rd March.

This has to be a personal flavour favourite of mine. Mixed sesame and dark chocolate. Every bite is filled with that gorgeous toasted sesame crunch.

This batch is for my family and neighbours this Eid. Shards of this will be plated up with the Maamoul I made earlier and various other bits that have been made for Eid.

So Cocoa Bocoa has been quiet on the gram for a while. But we haven’t stopped chocolatier-ing (doubt it is a word but hey, we are inventors 😊). We are still running in the background taking limited orders until we are back up and running at full capacity.

This week has been all about truffles. I never tire of making these Signature Truffles. Made with 71% dark chocolate and Cornish sea salt, these truffles have even converted the non-trufflers out there!

Truffle Time!

Our Signature Dark Chocolate with Sea Salt Truffles.

Truffles were the first chocolates I perfected in my early teens. And no teenager then, certainly none I knew of, would dare touch dark chocolate. Now I have three year olds tell their mums they want my dark chocolate creations be they these Signature Truffles or our Dark Chocolate & Salted Caramel Bon Bons or our Fruity Dark Chocolate Rocky Roads.

If you have never tried Dark Chocolate, or think you just don’t like it, give ours a try; you might surprise yourself! 😉
