Production Manager / Food Technologist

We’re looking for an experienced Production Manager / Food Technologist to take full ownership of our food manufacturing operation.
This is a senior leadership role where you’ll oversee the entire production process—from recipe development and new product launches to production planning, quality, food safety, team management, and continuous improvement.
What you’ll do:
Lead day-to-day production operationsManage and develop the production teamDrive product development and process optimisationEnsure HACCP, Food Safety, Health & Safety, and regulatory compliancePrepare the site for EHO inspections and maintain Food Hygiene Rating 5 standardsImprove efficiency, quality, and production performanceWhat we’re looking for:
5+ years’ experience in a production leadership role within food manufacturingDegree or qualification in Food Technology or a related disciplineFood Safety & HACCP certificationExperience managing audits and regulatory inspectionsStrong leadership skills with a hands-on approach⭐ Experience in bakery and/or chocolate manufacturing is highly desirable.
