We have a 5 star hygeine rating and sell completely fresh unless frozen is requested - that also means we only trade from Sept - February. We stock Pheasant, Partridge, Mallard, Teal, Pigeon, Woodcock, Rabbits (skinned, gutted on the bone) Hares (skinned, gutted on the bone), vaccum packed pheasant, partridge or pigeon breasts, vacuum packed diced rabbits, vacuum packed mixed game for casserole, pies and curries. We started by selling game shot on our shoot only but have expanded to hand pick the very best and conscientious shoots ensuring the rearing, release and handling of the birds is up to our standards.
