I graduated from Heriot Watt University with a degree in Brewing & Microbiology in 1988 and have spent 30 years in the brewing industry working in all areas of the business from raw material sourcing to the brewing of ales and lagers. cask, keg and small pack packaging,beer production quality control, beer dispense and trade quality support and training. I am a member of the BBPA Quality and Safet

y panel and Vice President of the National Technical Services Manger Group. I am a qualified Beer Sommelier and have run successful beer experience events and written articles in the press, and presented on the radio. The Beer Hub has been formed to share my experience and help support the fantastic revival in the production of quality beers and lagers.
