Sandwiches swapped out in this buffet for hot pulled pork baps, gravy and stuffing for their 1st year anniversary party. And what a party it was!

A poem from my lovely friend……

A Scotch egg’s a Scotch egg?
People say that’s true
But one bite of Billie’s
And that belief is through.

Golden crumb outside,
Perfect yolk within,
Packed with flavour, warmth and spice
Now that’s where to begin.

Others try to match them,
But never quite the same,
Billie’s homemade Scotch eggs
Deserve a little fame.

Crispy, rich, and hearty,
Made with loving care,
Simply put, the best I’ve had
No others can compare.
