🌿 We’re Still Searching for Our Founding Chef – GOOD LIFE Superfood Kitchen & Coffee House

We are currently looking for a talented chef, sous chef, or chef de partie to join us as the Founding Chef for GOOD LIFE Superfood Kitchen & Coffee House in St Annes-on-Sea.

If you enjoy working with fresh, wholefood, nutritious ingredients and love creating vibrant, flavourful dishes, this could be a fantastic opportunity to help build something from the very beginning.

Our menu will focus on fresh, healthy food to go, including:
• Superfood bowls
• Smoothie bowls
• Fresh juices
• Nourishing takeaway food made with real ingredients

This role would suit a chef who is excited about developing a menu around wellbeing and great ingredients, and who would like the opportunity to grow into running their own kitchen as the business develops.

You won’t be doing it alone — we also have a very experienced chef consultant working with us during the early stages to help shape the kitchen and support the development of the menu.

☕ Head Barista / Shop Manager – GOOD LIFE Superfood Kitchen & Coffee House

We’re currently looking for a Head Barista / Shop Manager to lead the coffee bar and front-of-house team at GOOD LIFE, a new plant-based superfood kitchen and coffee house opening in St Annes-on-Sea.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys the craft of coffee and takes pride in quality.

Someone who:
• enjoys the technical side of coffee – dialling in espresso, adjusting grinders, and maintaining consistency
• understands workflow and service during busy periods
• enjoys learning more about coffee and developing their knowledge
• can help lead and support the front-of-house team
• takes pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers

This role combines coffee leadership with day-to-day shop management, helping ensure the front-of-house runs smoothly while maintaining high standards for both service and coffee.

📍 Daytime role – no late nights
📍 St Annes-on-Sea
