💙 so today we say goodbye 💙

To say as a business and friends that we are saddened by this loss is an understatement.

Dave Collins was one of those customers and partners that truly are a once in a lifetime experience! He was passionate about the area, he was passionate about keeping things local and supporting other local businesses! He was charitable, business headed, knowledgeable and most of all a friend to many! He was an employer to many local residents and these lads and gals come from all walks of life and stories and Dave never judged he offered his hand of opportunity and developed these people into skilled tradesmen, engineers, drivers and the all the rest. I honestly don’t think he ever understood how appreciated he was!

For ourselves as a business he gave us the opportunity to use local beef grown on local pastures and to truly see farm to fork. He gave us the only slice of that pie and we are proud to say we use Yew Tree Farm Ltd and will continue to do so in his legacy and to continue this dream with his children.

We really are blessed to have known, spoke and become friends with you and your family.

May you be laid to rest today and be remembered in the best way! Your family have done you immensely proud! We will be there to support them today in their loss and grief! 💙all the best dave with your journey 💙
