One of the best decisions we ever made was to design and build our log home. The insulation is massively over the top in this building, no fear of being cold. Coming into this building from minus
four outside is like getting off a plane in Ibiza the heat hits you. Your never aware of how cold or windy it is outside, it has its own climate no drafts no cold areas and no noise from the outside it's very sound prof.
Every old age pensioner should have a log home they would never get cold
and it would not cost a fortune to heat.
For the above reasons we will look into getting permission for a development for log bungalows we think bungalows are much needed in Malmesbury.
There is an ageing population in this town and people of a certain age don't want to be tackling stairs and they don't want to be cold nor
spending a fortune on heating. What do you all think is there a need for log home bungalows everything on one floor and the ability to live in a building with as much heat you could wish for at low cost with no drafts and no heat loss?
Be interested to know your thoughts.
You might think there could be a fire risk however the inside has a fire retardant applied.
Also in the hight of summer they stay remarkablely cool.
