Going to Italy tomorrow for 7 weeks so this pass right here is one of the most important things I’ve ever done - between failing twice in America, then getting my license, moved to the UK and started from ZERO , had my failures here too before FINALLY PASSING THAT TEST WITH ZERO MINORS THIS MORNING🤩

I know it’s just a driving license but for anyone out there reading this -

It’s that red wine time of year again! 🥶🍷 don’t worry though… if you’re not into deep and dark red wines, I’m not into them myself.

My go-to for these winter nights is a nice light-bodied red, slightly chilled for around 30 mins.

Chilled reds are way more drinkable, and refreshing, and if they have a nice backbone of acidity - you’re laughing 👌🏾 This is the ‘Carbo’ by and its characteristics tick all of the above boxes! 100% Castelão grapes, spontaneous carbonic maceration after 5 days spent on dry ice , and that mineral, borderline sparkle with every mouthful on this red wine is very memorable 👏🏾
