When we started Komugi, we just wanted to make better ramen noodles in the UK.
Over the years, a lot of chefs have asked us the same question:
“Can you make something other than ramen?”
We’ve been quietly working on that for a while now.
Xiaomai Noodles is our new brand, focused on fresh Chinese regional noodle styles, from wonton to wider regional cuts, made with the same care and consistency we apply to ramen.
It felt right to build it properly, as its own thing.
