Steeped with Italian lemon and orange zests for a bright citrus acidity and a huge Riwaka dry hop for notes of white grape and lime.

PISTA is a seasonal rustic pale ale - pouring a vibrant a light straw yellow with a big frothy white head. A big dry hop of Riwaka for those lime notes and steeped with Italian lemon and orange zests bring it out a bitter lemon shandy notes.
It might look like a New England beer but this chinnable smasher isn’t sweet, sticky and juicy - it’s a crisp, bitter and dry number. Super refreshing for the new seasonal human-caused heat waves

As the end of SUNBATHER went out last week, we’re looking forward to what to make next? Revisit something old, try something new?

What even is IPA anymore anyway. Nerds will tell you that it’s stronger, hoppier pale ale OR something about being over 6% and boats sailing to India OR something about California or New England?!

Forgive the technical brewing language but SUNBATHER is an IPA because it’s giving IPA vibes. It’s our strongest beer so far BUT STILL PINTABLE (as all Strawflower beer should be)!

Loaded up with Nelson and Riwaka for the limey, white grape, melon, sticky notes and sweet enough to make it juicy but just bitter enough to keep it clean
