Smith's Butchers Fenland Butcher's My Dad brought me my first 5 five pigs and over the years we have had up to 200. Butchery is in my family.

6 Years ago , my late father and I started working towards the dream of having a Field To Fork , Traditional Butchers with modern day standard . Now , even though my Dad isn't here, our goals are becoming closer and within reach. I went on to start an apprenticeship at March Quality Meats and then later moved to Samuels Farm Shop to Finish my apprenticeship and expand my knowledge and skills. My g

reat Grandfather was Derek Booth of Booths butchers . And I'm proud to say I am serving some of his customers and children of his customers today. We grow our own Beef and Pork here on farm, for it to be slaughtered in Boston, butchered by myself and sold locally in and around March area. I aim to produce a high standard of quality products at affordable prices for all. I focus on value bundles with our Home Grown pork. Our home grown Beef is hung for at least 20 Days and sold as individual cuts for reasonable prices per kilo. We also buy in our Lambs from the Boston area.

I have never seen a picture of the Windmill
Looking so complete.

You can see Great Grandads butchers , zoom in and there’s what looks to be sausage hanging on the old front window rails.

March looked Much Cleaner then, same it isnt so good now. But moaning alone won’t fix it.

Not sure on the date, but likely to be
A 40s /50s looking at the old cars and the pub being untouched . Happily to be corrected if you know the date . 📅
