Fenland Butcher's My Dad brought me my first 5 five pigs and over the years we have had up to 200. Butchery is in my family.

6 Years ago , my late father and I started working towards the dream of having a Field To Fork , Traditional Butchers with modern day standard . Now , even though my Dad isn't here, our goals are becoming closer and within reach. I went on to start an apprenticeship at March Quality Meats and then later moved to Samuels Farm Shop to Finish my apprenticeship and expand my knowledge and skills. My great Grandfather was Derek Booth of Booths butchers . And I'm proud to say I am serving some of his customers and children of his customers today. We grow our own Beef and Pork here on farm, for it to be slaughtered in Boston, butchered by myself and sold locally in and around March area. I aim to produce a high standard of quality products at affordable prices for all. I focus on value bundles with our Home Grown pork. Our home grown Beef is hung for at least 20 Days and sold as individual cuts for reasonable prices per kilo. We also buy in our Lambs from the Boston area.

😢 Im terribly sorry everyone, I have to close shop today AND cancel all deliveries for tonight

💤Im just not feeling very well today and rather than stick it out and Risk loosing the weekend Trade , I will spend today asleep in bed.

😅At this point is trying to reduce the damage. I hate to think I’ve let any of you down.
