This week we were fortunate enough to be involved in the northern round of The Pizza Bit Competition by Molino Dallagiovanna where we came a respectable 4th in a competitive line up, it was great to see the team from Salvo 1968 Ltd and have Davide Parato judge my pizza after attending one of his pizza courses earlier in the year, I also met some very well established pizza makers and bakers which was an absolute pleasure to be around and listen to people with such a wealth on knowledge and experience in the industry

With only 6 months experience making pizza I am absolutely over the moon to take 4th place and can’t wait to keep perfecting my skills and pushing for excellence in such a fantastic industry!

Big things are happening behind the scenes of Primo Pizza at the moment and we can’t wait to share them with you!! To many many more pizzas going through these hands and our ovens!
