Having travelled extensively to Italy for both business and pleasure I am a lover of a great cup of coffee. As a result, my new business venture is to provide great coffee and got chocolate drinks to the lovely people of Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire. Barista trained and operating from a specialist converted, iconic Italian Piaggio Ape van that is well equipped to provide freshly ground coffe

e drinks on the go. Wherever possible I use local ingredients with provenance including locally roasted 100% arabica coffee from Stewarts of Trent Bridge - small batch artisan roasters since 1984. My business is based in the beautiful Vale of Belvoir, from where I will drive my van 'carefully' and not like a crazed Italian to local markets and events within a 25 mile radius of my home base.
