kalimera!!! 🇬🇷 a weekly round up for weeks 23+25, from our week sailing in greece. the Ionian has been the destination for family holidays for the past 15 years, starting off with chartering boats with . then several years ago, my parents bought into a yacht syndicate and this year, upgraded to te anau, a 46 ft bavaria ⛵️ this was our first time back here since 2019 and it was lovely to go back 🩵

we visited:
- sívota (lefkada)
- vasiliki (lefkada)
- fiskardo (kefalonia)
- kioni (ithaca)
- kastos town
- little vathi (meganisi)

plus some unnamed bays and anchorages around the islands, most of which you can only reach by boat.

Use it or lose it is no longer enough. It is the same story over and over again: record revenue, no profit. This is down to VAT and the impact of rising costs.

I’m supporting campaign because I don’t want to see my favourite independent restaurants in Milton Keynes and beyond close. Businesses are set up to fail and there have already been too many casualties.

My camera roll from week 20/21/22 📸 (I think 😅) the past few weeks have been really full - of joy and food but also hard work. We’re off on holiday next week for some much needed time off 😎

MAY EATS ✨ okay so may was intense 😂 we kicked off the month in seville so LOTS of good eats there. Then followed a flurry of new projects, a family wedding, a few trips to london and a mega BBQ on the bank holiday weekend ft. our first brisket .

Fun fact: has been in Milton Keynes for 25 years!!! And it’s one of the city’s most-loved gems. I think I was 14 when I went for the first time - so I’ve been going half my life 😅 On the table: Takoyaki, Yakitori Chicken Skewers, Chilli Beef Ramen, Pad Thai. What’s your go-to at Mii & U?
