Valley Beekeeping I am a bee keepers based in Mountain Ash in the Cynon Valley. My bees produce quality honey gathered from the various nectar sources in and around Mountain Ash.

The honey they produce is cold filtered to maintain its quality just as the bees produce it.

Finally we have our sort after 'Heather Honey', this really is the champagne of all honey. Ling Heather Honey revered around the world for its medicinal properties, with more Manganese than Manuka. The peaty floral aroma will take you straight to the glens where the pristine environment produces an earthy complex honey for the sophisticated palate. At just £7 per jar and in terms of health properties and active content, its arguable better than the much revered Manuka honey.

Our new branding is almost complete, thank you for all your support. These new labels will be appearing as I phase out the old stock. These are our 227g (8oz) labels - Wildflower, Soft Set, Borage and Ginger Infused. All available and also part of the gift packs. Heather labels should be with me tomorrow.

Busy day today in my nice and warm honey room, jarring and labelling honey ready for the Christmas Gift Packs. We have two types available, a Gift Box with two 12oz jars, Honey Dipper and our glossy leaflet on Honey Facts, and the three 8oz Windowed Jar carry box, this has 3 jars of different honey, the leaflet.
