Sunday and it’s our Italian Course, we were only two students today as Caroline couldn’t join us, so Sally-Anne and Iain made Focaccia, Ciabatta including the b**a to make more tomorrow, a tear and share herb and Parmesan piadine, pane al cioccolato and a Tartano dough to take home, well done 👏 to our Italian bakers today
