Speciality Course this Sunday, with Avi, Lara and Jamie, it’s been a few years since Jamie was with us and today he brought his fun loving daughter, lots of sticky fingers and very hydrated doughs to work with but they accomplished everything I quite literally through at them all.

Well as many of you know, this year I am taking on many challenges to raise funds for Scottish Mountain Rescue (Torridon), so far I have completed a half marathon, a couple of Etape cycle events and a few mountain courses, climbs etc, now I am about to take on the biggest adventure of my life with four female friends, self supported on the Badger Divide, as you can see I am quite literally carrying everything with me apart from my bread flour 😂😂

If you can spare any money or wish to donate £20 for a raffle number, for a chance to win a one day course of your choice on the next draw the 31st July 2026.
