Rock Samphire Gin was born out of a passion for clean, fresh, natural flavours and William Tyler-Street had the idea to use Rock Samphire as a botanical in his gin. Wifey Rubina assisted and after 18 months of sheer hard work, determination and fun, this beautiful gin was designed. It's handcrafted in Mullion with love and care. The Rock Samphire gives a peppery taste and the drink is fresh ,light, smooth and can be enjoyed just with ice.
