The Club has hosted many National Championships and was host to the Scottish Boys Strokeplay Championship in 2011. r continual improvement allied to our inverstment in a Turf Iron are turning a very good golf course into a great golf course. As the course is fairly flat it lends itself to players of all abilities and fitness levels. Enjoy the panoramic views from our lounge overlooking the Moray Firth as you relax after your round. We are looking for a Cook to join our small team.
We are looking for a cook who can deliver well-prepared meals and is good at multi-tasking. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is also important.
Responsibilities
Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
Cook food in various utensils or grillers
Check food while cooking to stir or turn
Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as cook
Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware
Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
Ability to work in a team.
Rate of pay can be discussed on experience.
