🔥 Kitchen development day at ZakintheBox yesterday!
Slow-glazed duck leg, garlic & pancetta beans with savoy cabbage and cream sauce! finished with fresh herbs.
Not everything we cook ends up in the box, but every dish teaches us something about flavour, texture and the combinations we bring to our streetfood menus.
What's your verdict... would you smash this as a weekend special? 👇I wonder if I could turn something like this into Streetfood style dish???
