A big thank you to Sion and the team at Pontardawe Inn for providing the committee and volunteers of the Heart of the Valley show with refreshments after a long day. Much appreciated. A community pub supporting a community event.

That is a wrap as far as this year's The Heart of the Valley Show is concerned, four days of set up and take down, with the event sandwiched in-between. It was brilliant to see so many people attending and enjoying. It really has become a lovely community event, and it makes all the effort worthwhile. Thanks for coming, see you next year.

Always nice to catch up with our friend Joe Calzaghe, who kindly helped me regarding a personal project I am doing on British boxing.

Don't forget we are at our last big event of the year, The Heart of the Valley Show an event we love attending.

The weather is looking good so get down there for a day of fun.
