Newark Brewery beer has been well received in the Newark area and can be found in many of the towns pubs, bars & restaurants. The brewery is becoming increasingly well known throughout the East Midlands appearing on Bars in Nottingham, Lincoln, Stamford, Manchester and as far away as Scarborough particularly for the signature beer Norwegian Blue. rve the former malting’s on William Street which has housed a malting's pre dating the street itself! The building is now used for brewing, seeing a return of the trade to Newark-on-Trent after nearly 30 years. The brewery houses an eight-barrel plant, with a capacity to produce 1,600 litres in each run. The aim is to produce high quality hand crafted ale, with a focus on the traditional brewing techniques while implementing some forward thinking recipes and adventurous hop combinations
