⛺️❗️Important Info Relating to Tipi Bookings!

We are aware of issues with bookings who have paid a deposit receiving refunds, we have been working with resos (booking platform) and stripe (payment processor) to rectify. Refunds could take up to 10 working days from today's date. Should they not arrive within that timescale please email our dedicated email: [email protected]

Apologies once again, as soon as the issue became apparent we turned bookings off to stop any more instances occurring.

We are also happy to announce that we will be open an additional week until 9pm on Sunday 11th January!

Join us by the firepits outside the tipi for free festive films + marshmallows to toast (Firepits weather dependant). Tables are limited however you are welcome to bring camping chairs in case we run out of seats!

Thursday 18th December arrive between 6.30pm & 7pm for our annual visit from the Salvation Army carol service.

We are not taking reservations so it’s a first come first served basis. And we have the amazing Bethan playing from 8pm. Enjoy BBQ food during and before service. And our regular menu before and after. We will have a small outside bar for Mulled Wine, Hot Chocolate and Boozy Hot Chocolate.

We look forward to seeing everyone in the Christmas mood. ❤️

Please bear with us as we work through any teething issues with the first event of this type within the estate!

Sadly due to the wind earlier this week we are unable to get the screen up for Christmas films today. The plan is to get this rectified for tomorrow’s showings and we have the SKY all setup for the derby on Sunday!

Everything else is running to schedule!

To “switch” things up we are now going with 6:30 for the lights switch on due to the increasing chance of rain. Our singer will then continue to play until 7pm.

Apologies once again for the confusion, this is the first event of its type in great park and we hope to do more!

Tonight’s the night! Not long to go until the town centre lights come on!

To avoid any confusion we have advertised gathering in the town centre from 6pm to allow a crowd to form. Lots of the shops and cafes etc are open later this evening so make sure to have browse or grab a coffee and cake etc.

The lights switch on itself will be at 7pm
