And because we had filling left over... we weren't about to waste it. 😏
So we turned it into loaded tortilla chips with relish on the side.

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you.

When I posted my introduction to Salt Steam and Fire, I honestly wasn't expecting much. I thought a few people might read it, maybe a couple would follow along, and that would be that.

Instead, I've been blown away by the support, follows, likes, comments, and kind messages I've received.

Salt Steam and Fire started from a simple idea: sharing my love of cooking while balancing family life, a full-time job, and all the chaos that comes with everyday life. I never imagined so many people would connect with that journey.

Whether you've been here from the start or you've only just joined, thank you for being part of this community. Your support genuinely means a lot.

I'm excited to keep sharing recipes, fakeaways, kitchen experiments, successes, failures, and everything in between.

Here's to plenty more cooking, learning, and great food together.
