Tried this for the first time and will definitely be making it again ❤️ Pizza base is a great alternative to Persian flatbreads. I used skinless, boneless chicken thighs, tzatziki, red onion, picked cabbage, tomatoes, coriander, feta cheese, tahini

Rub Ingredients
1tbsp Paprika
1tbsp Cumin
2tsp Turmeric
2tsp All spice
1tsp coriander
1tsp Garlic powder
1tsp Cinnamon
1/2tsp Cayenne
1tsp Salt
1tsp Pepper
1/2tsp Cardamom
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 cup of olive oil
