Day 19

Today we had a wonderful wild time with Emily at Evergreen Exploring, finding out all about 'snails and trails'.
We loved our peg snails, making trails with flour, chalk and water, a giant paint snail, snail stones and a snail scavenger hunt. And of course stories, songs and the parachute. Thank you Emily.

After a fun morning of music making, we headed to the beach and had a wild time digging and creating sandcastles.
We read a book about whales, and made our own whale using pebbles and seaweed.
We did amazing jumping and even made our shadows jump too!

We had a fantastic morning with Kathy Seabrook's Fun Music at Little Lambs.
We loved all the journeys we went on, the instruments we played and listened to, waving and throwing scarves, the marching and dancing. Not forgetting the lying quietly and listening to Kathy play her flute at the end. Thank you, Kathy.

🐧 We had a wild day at Flamingoland watching all the animals. We were transfixed watching the keepers catch, check and weigh all the penguin chicks. They were very cute and fluffy. Can you spot the little chick poking it's head out of the house?!🐧

Playing in the beck, in the rain, in our waterproofs and wellies.

We had planned to do the 30 Days Wild Sensory Bingo, but the lure of the water was too strong!
