We're Hiring: Domestic Cleaning Supervisor
📍 Location: Leeming Bar, Northallerton, DL7 9UL
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (plus Saturday 8:00 AM – 12:00 noon)
💰 Salary: £15.00 (depending on experience)
📄 Contract: Full-Time
Are you an experienced team leader with a passion for maintaining high hygiene standards? We have an exciting opportunity for a Domestic Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Froneri.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Planning, organising, and overseeing cleaning of corridors, canteen, offices, and restrooms.
Supervising the domestic cleaning team to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
Managing staff locker allocation and work overalls in collaboration with suppliers.
Training and developing your team in hygiene and cleaning protocols.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience managing small teams in a food manufacturing environment.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, flexible approach.
Ability to work under pressure and enhance team performance.
Knowledge of hygiene practices and operational standards.
