We love pickles here at The Flavour Trailer. How much? Well… we named our dog Pickle 🥒🐶

So naturally we took our in house made pickles, dipped them in batter. Deep fried them. And created crispy pickly, frickly greatness. And the taste? Un-frickin-believable.

If we get another dog should we call it Frickle?

Weird? Maybe. Worth it? Absolutely.

It's hard to believe we're in June already. When you're busy serving burgers, making memories, chasing dreams, raising children, the months seem to disappear in the blink of an eye.

The past few weeks have been a hot one. To our incredible team — thank you.

Thank you for showing up with energy, smiles and determination, even when the truck and restaurant kitchen are running hot and the days feel long. It’s been a pleasure working alongside you, shoulder to shoulder, making every burger someone’s well-earned treat. Hold you heads high because every great guest experience is a reflection of your hard work.

And to our customers — thank you.

Thank you for supporting an independent family business. Thank you for saying no to the bbq and yes to the food truck. Thank you for choosing us for your Friday night treat, your date nights, your family adventure, your birthday celebration and the moments in between.

Every visit, every order and every recommendation means more than you'll ever know.

We're genuinely grateful.

This little restaurant in Brixworth and food truck exists because of two groups of people:

An incredible team.
And incredible customers.

We don't take either for granted.

Our answer…

Yes that's correct 😏

🔥 Aged beef patty
🧀 Swiss and American cheese
🧅 Caramelised onions
🌶 Chipotle sauce
🔥 Finished with slow smoked pulled brisket in bbq gravy on top

Their reply is nearly always the same…

“I’ll take one please.” 🍔😂
