Great news for our community. The proposal to build 300 dwellings on Collingtree Golf Course has been removed from the latest draft of the Local Plan. This is a significant win for our residents, golfers, and the entire local area. While we are pleased with this outcome, we know this is only the first battle and that continued vigilance will be necessary. As a club, we stand firmly with you in our commitment to protect this green space. We invite everyone in the community to continue enjoying our clubhouse events and facilities as we work together to keep our area a wonderful place to live and play. In the meantime enjoys some recent photos from events held at the club.

🎆🎇 West Northamptonshire Council has now published the report for the Planning Policy Committee meeting on 14 September, and it confirms that the proposed housing allocation on Collingtree Park Golf Course, Site N19, is not being carried forward into the Regulation 19 Local Plan.
