🖤 Last 2 shows of August done 🖤
First was Ashbourne, where Mereheath Bellini got 1st in a very strong Belted Galloway heifer class, to then be tapped out as Reserve Belted Galloway Champion 🖤🏆🖤
Riggshield PricklyPair aka Barcadi got 3rd in her Anyother Native Breed class and both walked lovely in grand parade
From sunny Ashbourne to a slightly damp Poynton Show (Official) but the rain didnt dampen the spirits 🖤🤩🖤
Poynton was just as successful with all 3 heifers.
To start Molly May Bailey got 2nd in a last minute strong class of young handlers with Mereheath Bellini not making it easy for her 🤣
Then in heifer 2024 born, Riggshield PricklyPair aka Barcadi got 2nd, Mereheath Bellini 3rd and Mereheath Ruby 4th
The Mereheath ladies then went into pairs where they got 1st, to then go to Interbreed pairs where they got tapped out as Supreme Champion Reserve Beef pairs 🖤🏆🖤

Shelsleys Sexton Ruby aka Boof 💕 had a beautiful healthy little Bull calf, sired by Huntsfeild Excalibur

What a week it's been 🖤🏆🖤
To start a busy week, Boof (Shelsleys Sexton Ruby) calved a beautiful healthy Bull calf - introducing Mereheath Glennfiddich 🖤💚🖤
Wednesday was The Nantwich Show , where again the girls did me proud 🖤🤍🖤
Barcadi ( Riggshield PricklyPair) came 2nd to a lovely longhorn, Bellini ( Mereheath Bellini) 3rd and Ruby ( Mereheath Ruby Port) 5th
And today was Oswestry Show, where the girls went and did it again
In the Class female over 18months old, Barcardi ( Riggshield PricklyPair) got 1st, Bellini (Mereheath Bellini) got 3rd and Ruby ( Mereheath Ruby Port) got 4th out of Class of 5
Bellini and Ruby got 1st in pairs, against the 2 beef shorthorn cows and Welsh Black Bull and heifer pair
Then Barcadi went and beat the senior and junior Welsh Black bulls and Welsh Black heifer to win Any Other Nantive Breed Champion at Oswestry Show today 🤍🏆🖤

Home from an amazing Royal Cheshire County Show

Mereheath Bellini got 1st in class,Reserve Champion, Reserve supreme Champion 🏅in Anyother Native Breed

Riggshield PricklyPair ( Barcadi ) got 2nd in class

Mereheath Ruby got 3rd in class and 2nd in pairs with Bellini 🖤🏅🖤

Mereheath Bellini got a 2nd in a strong class of 8 ( I think 🙈) in Best beef animal breed in cheshire today 🌟 girls have done me proud again
They're now relaxing until Nantwich now
Next on the list - Ginny and Boof to calve 🖤🥳🖤

Had an amazing time at Shropshire County Show today 1st time showing at Shropshire, 1st show of the season and the girls...

Had an amazing time at Shropshire County Show today
1st time showing at Shropshire, 1st show of the season and the girls did me proud 🥰
All 3 were in the same class, along with an Angus heifer and beef short horn heifer who took 1st and 2nd, Bacardi ( Riggshield Prickly Pair) came 3rd, Bellini ( Mereheath Bellini ) 4th and Ruby ( Mereheath Ruby Port) 5th
Bellini and Ruby did well and got 1st in pairs 🥇 Bacardi and Bellini where then asked back and the judge decided to award them both with Champion of their own breeds 🏆
Was a hot but amazing day, not a bad way to start the season 🏆🥇
Big thank you to Levi Bailey and Molly May Bailey for helping me out with the girls today, Royal Cheshire County Show next 🖤🤍🖤
