Heatwave how did it effect you daily eating routine?

A protein heavy breakfast has been the staple for my health journey for the last 2 years.

Over the last couple of months I have skipped breakfast and lunch most days due to the heat which affected energy levels throughout the day as I wasn’t getting the nutrients for the day.

Would love to hear your stories in relation to eating during the peak heat.
