Hi everyone,

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who supported us — we’re so grateful for it.

I also want to apologise for the long wait times some of you experienced. We had two waffle machines unexpectedly stop working, which meant we were down to just one and couldn’t keep up with demand as we normally would.

We completely understand the frustration, and we really appreciate those who waited and supported us anyway. Refunds were given where needed, and we’re already putting measures in place to make sure this doesn’t happen again.

Thanks again for sticking with us — we can’t wait to serve you properly next time 💛
