Lovely c**ktails and delicious pizza at No.32 Sunderland earlier this evening 😋

I had a French Martini and an Iceberg Straight Ahead, with a Prosciutto, Burrata and Peach pizza - yep, peach on pizza is my new favourite thing!! 🍕🍑🍸

And the scissors to cut your pizza are brilliant! ✂️

Altitude’s Summer Gin made me do it!! The perfect gin for a French 75 🥂🍋🥰

Shake with ice:
🥂 1oz Altitude Summer Gin
🥂 0.5oz lemon juice
🥂 0.5oz sugar syrup

Strain into a Champagne flute, then top up with Champagne (though I used a lovely Crémant de Bourgogne from Patriarche Père et Fils from Co-op), and garnish with a lemon twist 🍋

A Pineapple & Chilli Mai Tai tonight… if you like a Spicy Marg you’ll enjoy this 🙂

🍍 2oz Appleton Signature Rum
🍍 1oz Joris Pineapple & Chilli Liqueur
🍍 1oz fresh lime juice
🍍 0.5oz MONIN Orgeat (almond syrup)

Shaken with ice and strained into an ice-filled rock glass, garnished with a slice of lime (it’s in there somewhere!!) 🥃🍍🌶️🍋‍🟩😋

Spritz, spritz! A little Pear & Patchouli garnish to round off a lovely Silent Pool Gin Martini - the 10th Anniversary gin might be my most favourite of theirs yet! Though I do love the Mediterranean and Rose Expressions, too 🍸😋

Discovered it was Daiquiri Day after I made a Strawberry Margarita!

This is:
🍓 2oz Marks and Spencer Silver Tequila
🍓 1oz Bramble Drinks Company Strawberry Liqueur
🍓 0.5oz Burnt Faith Triple Sec
🍓 Juice of one lime

Shaken with ice, double-strained into a Margarita glass, and garnished with lime zest.
