🩷 A little note about prices...
Unfortunately, like pretty much everything at the moment, the cost of my ingredients has continued to rise. I’ve kept my prices as low as I possibly could for as long as I could, but I’ve now had to slowly increase some of my prices.
I can honestly say this is the last thing I wanted to do, and I’ve tried really hard to keep any increases as small as possible. I still want my bakes to be affordable while making sure I can continue using the quality ingredients you know and love. ❤️

I really hope you understand, and I’m so grateful for every single person who continues to support my little business. 🥹🩷

Now… enough of the serious stuff. 😂

🩷 A little update... 🩷

Firstly, I just want to say a massive thank you to all of my amazing customers for being so kind, patient and understanding lately.
As a few of you know, my little baker Gracie had a nasty fall a few weeks ago and badly broke her arm. She ended up needing emergency surgery, and with everything that followed- including ongoing hospital appointments there were unfortunately a few cake orders I wasn't able to take on or fulfil.
It's been an incredibly stressful and emotional few weeks for us all, but we're getting through it, and thankfully Gracie is slowly getting back to her normal cheeky self... just with a full arm cast and a very good excuse to demand all the sweet treats! 😂🍰

With that being said, my availability for cake orders throughout September is now very limited, and I won't be taking on any further orders for the month. Any existing orders that have already been confirmed and secured are absolutely still going ahead as planned. ❤️

With the Cake Shed also making its comeback in September 👀, I want to make sure I can give my full attention to both my existing commitments and getting the shed back up and running properly.
I honestly appreciate every single kind message, bit of patience and support — it really does mean so much to me and my little family. 🩷
And now for the exciting bit... Cake Shed sneak peeks and reopening menus will be coming soon! 👀🍪🍫

❤️ A Little Cake Shed Update ❤️

PLEASE DON'T PANIC... the Cake Shed isn't going anywhere! 😂🍰

I've decided that the Cake Shed will be taking a little break until the children go back to school in September.

Between the hot weather, keeping up with cake orders, having the kids at home, and life generally being wonderfully chaotic, something has to give... and for now, it's the shed.

This is also Mason's last summer before he starts school (where has that time gone?! 🥹), and I really want to make the most of these precious weeks with him and Gracie before a whole new adventure begins.

Don't worry though—I won't be hanging up my apron! I'll still be busy with cake orders, planning new bakes, testing recipes and getting lots of delicious ideas ready for when the Cake Shed reopens in September.

Thank you so much for all your support and understanding. Running this little business means the world to me, but so does making memories with my family while I can.

So, don't panic —the Cake Shed is just having a little summer holiday and will be back in September with full shelves, fresh bakes and (hopefully!) a few new favourites too. ❤️🍰
