BBQ at Greengate Mosque

What an amazing day! We had a wonderful barbecue outside Greengate Mosque, and the turnout from the local community was fantastic. It was great to see everyone come together and enjoy some delicious food.

We served up BBQ cheeseburgers, chicken fillet burgers, seekh kebabs, and even some traditional samosas and Chapli Kebabs. For dessert, we had milk cake and cupcakes, along with nice cold drinks to keep everyone refreshed.

The best part? All the proceeds are going to charity! A huge thank you to everyone who came out and supported the event.

Today, we had an incredible cooking session where we crafted a delicious **Lamb with Bitter Gourd Curry**! 🍛 The dish turned out absolutely amazing—no bitterness left in the bitter gourd at all! Everyone loved it to bits! 😍

And to top it all off, we enjoyed a refreshing yogurt drink that perfectly complemented our meal. 🥛

Today, we made a delicious Chicken Wrap, thanks to an amazing recipe brought to us by one of our talented members, Javed Iqbal. It was incredibly tasty, and everyone had a blast participating in the cooking process. 🍗🌯

To top it all off, we enjoyed watching a thrilling football game on TV together. The energy was electric, and it was great to see everyone having such a wonderful time. 🏈📺

🎉 Eid Party Highlights at Explore with Mukhtar! 🎉

Today, we celebrated Eid at our men's cooking class with an amazing group of friends and family. A special thanks to Chudhary Mohammed Akbar, who is like a big brother to me, for his presence and support. We're also grateful to Cllr Sajed Hussain and Cllr Shahid Mushtaq for joining us and making the event even more special.

Our culinary journey featured:
🍴 Lamb Biryani as the main dish
🍗 Chicken Legs as the starter
🍨 Fruit Cream for dessert
🍵 Malik Amir's tea, paired perfectly with Jalaibi, Gulab Jamun, and ruscake

🌟 **Explore with Mukhtar: A Delightful Cooking Session!** 🌟

We had the incredible opportunity to spend time with our two wonderful Councillors, Abdul Wahid and Naveed Chowhan. Their presence made the day even more special!

A special shoutout to Shah Bahram, who brought a whole lamb leg cooked to perfection, marinated with amazing ingredients, and some delicious roasted potatoes. The flavors were simply out of this world!

The cooking session was a hit, and to top it all off, Amir Ali’s special tea made the experience even more enjoyable for everyone.
