Emerald Organics Ltd Emerald Organics was formed as a Limited Company in 2001 to market organic milk. It is now the leading N. Ireland Organic Dairy producer owned group.

The company is owned and managed by organic farmers, giving them an active input and interest in the running of the company. Emerald Organics' members believe that the policy of producer / ownership is a very important way of marketing their milk and receiving a fair price in return. Current producers are located throughout N. Ireland and production per farm varies from 200,000lts to over 1,000,00

0lts. Milk collection from farms and distribution to processors is organised by the company. At present all milk is being sold to the organic market at a premium price.
