Seasonal Fruit & Vegetables
Strawberries & Gooseberries: Plump, red strawberries are at their peak—perfect for picnics or paired with cream. Tart green gooseberries are flourishing; cook them into a classic fool with crushed biscuits, or stew them into a sharp sauce for oily fish.
