Local Food Britain is a local food and drink finding website for foodies mainly in the south east of England, and a networking movement for local food and drink businesses.

We love supporting local producers! Like Plurenden Manor Farm, where their happy cows graze in the Garden of England. They sell a wonderful array of products including milk, butter, yogurt, cakes and kefir.

You can order online and they also run a twice weekly doorstep milk delivery service to various locations across Kent and East Sussex and Surrey. 🥛And guess what! They deliver in the evenings on the same day as milking, so the milk is super-fresh!

LFB members are to help convert their old electric milk float into a specially designed travelling shop, sustainably providing whole and semi skimmed milk 🥛and milkshakes🥤to Surrey locals.

Matthew and Betsie, founders of Nutfield Dairy, run their small scale dairy farm, milking just 25 traditional Shorthorn cows 🐮 They are passionate about nature friendly, regenerative farming 🚜 and not only how cows play a really important role in the countryside, but how farming regeneratively improves the health and function of our most important asset, the soil 🌱
