Evolution Bottling & Packaging Solutions seek enthusiastic, ambitious candidates for Modern Apprenticeship in Engineering.

Evolution Bottling & Packaging Solutions provide quality, innovative equipment to the bottling & food packaging sectors - the perfect place to fast track your career as a multiskilled engineering technician.

We offer an exciting apprenticeship; combining full & part time academic study with structured on the job training from which you will graduate to permanent employment within our engineering team and will be rewarded with an excellent package of benefits.

On the job training will include working with our in house team of engineers at Customer Sites throughout the UK & Ireland, as well as training with our manufacturers in Italy.

We aim to deliver in depth training and development to enable you to achieve your full potential whatever your career and qualification aspirations are.

This role will involve travel throughout the UK and Europe.

Applicants should have, or expect to receive, National 5 Qualifications (or equivalent) in Maths and English. Qualifications in science, preferably Physics, and technical subjects are also advantageous, as is a demonstrable interest in engineering.

Here at Evolution BPS, we understand that investing in the next generation of skilled professionals is vital to the growth of the bottling and packaging industry. This is why apprenticeships are such an important part of who we are.

At Evolution, we offer hands-on apprenticeships in Engineering as well as in Business Administration. Through offering these apprenticeships, we have seen our own talent grow and develop their skills and have watched them learn new things. Many of our apprentices have gone on to become key members of our engineering and operations teams.

Scottish Apprenticeship Week is the perfect time for us to celebrate the positive impact that apprenticeships have on businesses like ours, but also on the individuals who gain insight and access to a career in which they are invested in.

We proudly support Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) and are signed up to the DYW Pledge as we want to do our bit in ensuring that the next generation has access to a range of opportunities and clear routes into the bottling and packaging industry.

We would also like to thank everyone who supports us in our apprenticeship process including mentors, training partners, the apprentices themselves, and everyone else who has contributed.

Evolution Bottling & Packaging Solutions provide quality, innovative equipment to the bottling & food packaging sectors. We have an exciting opportunity for a role as a Technical Coordinator as part of our aftermarket team working with our European suppliers operating in Italy and France.

If you are an ambitious, enthusiastic, team player with strong communication skills, this is the opportunity for you.

Applicants should have a positive, proactive approach with strong commercial awareness. Having an engineering/technical background is advantageous but not essential.

The successful candidate would be a key contact for customers and suppliers whilst managing service contracts and resolving technical queries efficiently.
