When the first frosts reached the hedgerows around our Praa Sands distillery, we picked the sloes by hand, one dark berry at a time. đź–¤
Then we gave them a year in oak. A full turn of the seasons for the fruit and the spirit to come to know each other.
Introducing Ebba Eyrin (Cornish for Sloe Berry): cask-aged Cornish sloe gin. Rich, rounded and glowing. Made for slow evenings, fireside, shared across the table.
Just 200 bottles, hand-filled into soft stone ceramic and stoppered in wood. And only 100 of them come with a hand-painted birch gift tube. When it's gone, it's gone.
