From dusty floors and building works, to opening the doors for the very first time. Our first Mazey Day, our first Montol with a fair bit of dancing, packing up the old site and wheeling everything over to New Street. Blessing our new brewhouse, and keeping the bad juju at bay.
A year of making do, figuring it out, moving things around and occasionally wondering what are we doing. But also a year of finally welcoming brilliant people through the doors, showing new artists and Trystan dusting off the pans and making proper use of our new kitchen.
We’ve gone through big changes, had big celebrations, drunk good beer, made new friends and watched a community grow around us like we couldn’t have imagined.
A year ago we opened our doors with no idea of what lay ahead. Now, looking back at everything that’s happened, we’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built and even more grateful for everyone who has been part of it.
Thank you for every pint, every chat, every dance, every helping hand and every visit.
So let’s drink and be merry, join us to celebrate from 12pm Saturday 15th. And here’s to year two.
