We're excited to introduce the first batch of fantastic traders joining us this Sunday!

☕ **The Roaming Barista** – Shelly will be serving up proper barista coffee, iced coffees and all your caffeine favourites.

🍎🍺 **NEW! Cuckoo Valley Cider Farm** – A family-run craft cider company producing natural cider from 100% fresh West Country cider apples. They'll also be bringing their delicious handmade wood-fired pizzas!

🍉 **Exotic Watermelons Cornwall ** – Back by popular demand with their refreshing Moroccan watermelon slices and smoothies. Perfect timing with the warm weather heading our way!

🇮🇳 **Raksha's Kitchen** – Authentic Indian bhajis, samosas and pakoras. A market favourite who regularly sells out, so don't leave it too late! Raksha Kitipaijit

🧀 **Allet Dairy - Makers of Artisan Dairy Products** – Award-winning goat's cheese from their own dairy herd, alongside a carefully selected range of the finest Cornish and West Country cheeses. Don't miss their goat's curd and berry compotes!

🍔 **Cowboi burgers ** – Returning by popular demand with their mouth-watering burgers and tasty sides.

🌿🌸 **NEW! Wild Botanic Flower Farm** – Based just down the road in Cambrose, bringing beautiful living willow sculptures, fresh-cut flowers, dried bouquets and plants.

🥖 **Aslan's bakery ** – Aydin is back with his incredible Turkish-inspired breads and sweet bakes. He's sold out on both previous visits, so make sure you grab yours early!

Our Turkish bread.

Not a direct replica of a particular loaf, more so inspired by the flavours of our heritage. Golden toasted sesame seeds, black onion seeds and some secrets give its distinct flavour and aroma especially when toasted. A long cold fermentation improves digestibility and complexity of flavour. It’s perfect either for sandwiches or as a dipping bread for meze on a sunny day🌞

Our house sourdough contains always only 3 ingredients; organic flour, Cornish sea salt and water. Our bread has no artificial preservatives or improvers and is made in our home kitchen near Chysauster.

I’m interested in how people enjoy theirs. I think warm from the oven or toasted with plenty of good quality butter, sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper is the way to do it🦁

We are at tomorrow so if you’re in the area pop down and grab a loaf!

Please give a warm Illogan welcome back to Aydin from Aslan's bakery 🥖✨

The last time Aydin brought his delicious freshly baked bread to the market, he sold out super quickly — so this time, make sure you get there early before it’s all gone again!

This will be his second visit to the Illogan Food & Craft Market and we’re so excited to have him back 💕

Tahini, brown sugar and Za’atar biscuits🍪

Za’atar is a spice blend used around the Middle East for a variety of purposes; from flavouring marinades to seasoning salads. Often different households have their own signature blend. Ours contains Thyme, sesame coriander and just of a touch of fennel & pistachio. Not a traditional digestive, but still great with a brew regardless!

We don’t have a market today but we will be tomorrow as usual. That’s in the island centre from 9:30-2.
