We are delighted to be attending our very first market in Cupar. Biltong is an African air dried beef snack and ours has won a number of awards. Superior to anything using cheap spice.

After two years we are finally coming to Cupar this Saturday. Right now we are sat on a hill in the campervan, overlooking Frenchman's rocks on the Isle of Islay in raging winds hoping for storm petrels and the likes to come by. Biltong is waiting back at the bothy and we will update you on Friday

LOCATION: ST CATHERINE'S WYND, DUNFERMLINE. Next to the Abbey Church of Dunfermline.
11 AM – 3:00 PM

And this time I WILL load the Gem Squash :) This is the final harvest, the plants have been pulled up.

The Coronation of the BBQ Bothy!!

10am till 4 pm

Gold standard Boerie Roll, Hand-Made Namibian style thick and juicy and a full 7 inches, no additives, no preservatives, no fillers, just meat and 7 ingredients. Served with fried onion and a choice of sauces including Mrs Ball's Chutney

Low and Slow mini-rack of pork ribs, 5 hours in the smoker, oak wh**ky barrel wood chips, lashings of our personal honey and molasses sauce and served with buttery corn on the cob and Anne's legendary potato salad

Finished off over Sekelbos coals imported from Namibia.

BILTONG? Indeed. We will have £10 (200g) bags ready made in 4 varieties.
